TS UTTM Passenger Car and Truck/Bus Tire Stiffness Testing Machine
The TS Stiffness Testing Machine utilizes a novel multi-component force measurement platform that eliminates interference from axle friction forces inherent in legacy machines, significantly enhancing measurement accuracy. The entire stiffness test procedure is fully automated.
The machine is based on:
- Mechanical loading units
- Adjustment mechanisms accommodating varying tire diameters and widths
- Integrated glass plate image analyzer
Wheels are bolted to wheel flanges compatible with nearly all commercially available wheel rims.
