The tray transfer system, analogous to a sample processing system, offers up to tenfold sample capacity, providing test systems with specimens for days or even weeks. Equipped with 10 x 24 and 10 x 48 sample tray converters, the automated tray transfer system enables sequential sample loading and unloading, featuring independent tray handling mechanisms.

Equipped with up to 10 sample trays, each capable of holding 24 or 48 samples, the testing apparatus automatically stores and processes specimens. When the tray rotates automatically to a fixed position, a pneumatic manipulator automatically grips the sample and places it into the test die cavity
