meREB Rubber Rebound Tester

meREB Rubber Rebound Tester is a fully automated high precision instrument specifically designed for measuring the resilience of vulcanized rubber or soft foam materials. The system consists of a base, Schob-type pendulum, sample thickness adjustment mechanism, clamping fixture, sample monitoring device, and touchscreen. It also offers optional sample heating systems and testing software, making it suitable for production, quality inspection, and product development applications.

The instrument is used for vulcanized rubber and soft foam materials with hardness values ranging from 30 IRHD to 85 IRHD.
