The meCP laboratory bale cutter is suitable for sample preparation in both laboratory and small production line. It is designed for fast cutting of raw rubber bales.
With a compact design, the meCP can be placed on the laboratory table. It only requires a laboratory air supply—no electricity or hydraulic power needed. It is clean, better-looking, and easy to maintain.
The cutter is suitable for cutting various types of raw rubber and synthetic rubber, such asnatural rubber (NR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), polybutadiene rubber (BR), butyl rubber (IIR), polyisoprene rubber (IR), chloroprene rubber (CR), ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), etc. The cutting force can be adjustable by air pressure, it’s easy to cut rubber bales even under low-temperature in winte.
The cutting blade is located slightly behind the top of the conveyor. The amount of raw
rubber to be cut can be adjusted by pushing it forward as needed.
The cutting blade can only be activated when both buttons are pressed simultaneously. When the buttons are released, the blade automatically stops and returns to its original position. The cutting blade is specially ground, durable and long lifetime.
