Environmental Chamber & High-Temperature Furnace

Environmental chambers simulate natural climatic conditions to measure material mechanical properties. High-temperature testing investigates thermoplastic characteristics, elevated temperature resistance, and recrystallization behavior.

Horizon Material Testing Software

Computer-assisted data acquisition and equipment control system compatible with most Tinius Olsen testing machines. Horizon Software supports data collection, analysis, charting (as required), and data storage. Where permitted by the testing machine, it also controls test operations.

Horizon provides a comprehensive library of predefined test procedures featuring robust data analysis, full control capabilities, and comprehensive reporting. These procedures are customizable to meet specific customer requirements. Collected test data can be exported for further processing in external analysis systems.

The Horizon database supports multi-computer sharing across corporate networks, enabling collaborative access to test programs and data. Horizon streamlines materials testing workflows – delivering advanced analytical tools for R&D applications while fulfilling quality control testing charting and analysis requirements.
