meOZ Series Ozone Resistance Fatigue Tester are used to evaluate the ozone cracking resistance of vulcanized rubber products such as tires, sealing rings, and damping pads, supporting both static and dynamic tensile tests.
The instrument simulates the accelerated aging effect of an ozone environment on materials, evaluating their resistance to ozone aging under continuous or cyclic stress. It is widely used in laboratories within the rubber and elastomer industry for formulation development, material research, and quality inspection.

The equipment adopts an integrated closed-loop ozone air circulation system, ensuring that harmful ozone gas is completely sealed inside without the need for additional external exhaust or waste gas filtration devices.The heavy-duty aluminum test chamber is equipped with a corrosion-resistant inner tank and a built-in sample holder system compatible with various specimen fixtures, providing static/dynamic sample holder combinations that comply with international standards.The test chamber features a double-glazed sealed safety interlock door, which remains locked until the internal environment returns to a safe threshold. A roller light shield blocks external light interference, while an integrated inspection light provides illumination inside the chamber.
