meMDR Moving Die Rheometer
meMDR Moving Die Rheometer is the world-leading instrument designed to measure changes in the vulcanisation characteristics of rubber compounds during the process.
The instrument operates by subjecting a sample within a sealed die cavity to torsional oscillations of specific strain and frequency at defined temperature and pressure. The torque measurement system continuously records torque values over time to generate vulcanisation curves.
The instrument is widely employed in laboratories within the rubber elastomer industry for compound development, material research, and quality control.
Applicable Standards: GB/T 16584,ISO 6502,ASTM D5289,DIN 53529
