meRPA Rubber Process Analyzer

meRPA Rubber Process Analyzer is an advanced dynamic rheometer. By subjecting rubber and elastomer specimens to reciprocating oscillations within specified temperature, strain, and frequency ranges, it characterizes the viscoelastic properties of samples prior to, during, and after vulcanisation, simulating both static and dynamic mechanical behavior. The instrument comprises a high-rigidity frame, sealed die cavity system, dynamic torque measurement system, pressure control system, temperature control system, drive system, and testing software.

The instrument is widely employed in laboratories within the rubber and elastomer industry for compound development, materials research, and quality inspection.

Applicable Standards: GB/T 33095.1, GB/T 16584, ISO 6502, ISO 13145, ASTM D5289, ASTM D6204, ASTM D6601, ASTM, D6048, ASTM D7605, ASTM D8059, DIN 53529, etc.
